MOSCOW, Russia — A Russian cop is in trouble after he was caught on video striking a protester with a baton and pulling the man’s hair. The officer could face prison time, according to the Moscow Times.

Russians have been holding rallies on the 31st of every month in hopes of drawing attention to Article 31 of the constitution, which guarantees freedom of assembly. Authorities have not authorized the rallies.
