Woman charged with stalking Pa. cop

Inez Marie Melo, 49, allegedly left half-dead roses, threatening note on department cruiser

BETHLEHEM TWP., Pa. — A township woman has been arrested on charges she left a bouquet of half-dead roses and a threatening note for a police sergeant at the township's station, court records say.

Inez Marie Melo, 49, of the 3000 block of Hecktown Road, allegedly left the flowers and note Friday for Sgt. Gregory Gottschall on top of a police cruiser and drove away.
