ST. CLOUD, Fla. — A Boston terrier shoplifted from a pet shop was back home Thursday, while the mom accused of sneaking it out of the store with her children was in jail.
Tami Loechner, 27, was arrested Wednesday evening on charges of grand theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Bond was set at $1,000 for each charge, but she remained in the Osceola County Jail after a judge revoked a previous bond in a separate child-neglect case.
