Woman in breast-milk spraying pleads guilty
Stephanie Robinette pleaded guilty Friday to charges of assault and obstruction of official business
DELAWARE, Ohio — A woman accused of spraying sheriff's deputies with breast milk has pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors.
Thirty-year-old Stephanie Robinette, who lives in central Ohio, pleaded guilty Friday to charges of assault and obstruction of official business.
Attorney Brad Koffel says his client is embarrassed and humiliated and just wants to get on with her life. Robinette is to be sentenced Aug. 26, and Koffel expects she will avoid jail time.
Robinette was arrested June 25 by deputies responding to a domestic dispute.
Sheriff's officials say she wouldn't cooperate when deputies tried to remove her from a car. They said she told them she was a breast-feeding mother and then exposed part of her chest, spraying them with milk.
