SPOKANE, Wash. — One burglary suspect was caught because his pants got stuck on security window bars late Friday night, while a police dog tracked and caught his accomplice, police said.

Responding to a report of a burglary in progress at Holz Fuel, 5526 N. Market St., police observed two men ransacking the front office, Spokane police Sgt. Kevin King said in a news release. The men fled out the other side of the business.
