Responsibilities include: performs a variety of security functions to ensure the safety and security of the Otterbein College campus community and facilities (e.g., patrols campus on foot or by vehicle; responds to emergencies and summons appropriate assistance; enforces parking and other College regulations; investigates and reports all suspicious activities on campus and completes detailed written reports, completes written daily logs; locks and unlocks buildings in accordance with standard procedures, complies with Security Code of Conduct, etc.)

Requirements include: High school graduate or equivalent; OPOTA certification required. Prefer prior security or law enforcement experience. Must possess a valid drivers’ license. Will be required to successfully complete a background check, pass and maintain a College certified drivers program. Must successfully complete a post hire pre-employment physical.
