Bartlett Police Department is currently accepting applications for Non-Paid Reserve Police Officers. Reserve Officers are expected to work a minimum of 24 hours a month. Reserve Officers will be expected to complete the same duties as a Regular Full-time Officer to include Patrol, arrests, citations and initial investigations. Reserve Officers will be used to supplement the Regular staff, but, will be operating a patrol vehicle alone after completing a Reserve Field Training Program.
TCLEOSE certification is required. Reserve Officers will be given first opportunity when a full-time position becomes available. Must be able pass an extensive background investigation.
