Video: Using the hip thrust technique

Alongside demonstration partner Robert Gianino, John Clarke of RFLX Training shows us a simple technique for quickly separating from a subject who has — in wrestling and MMA vernacular — shoot in on a double-leg takedown. Using the Hip Thrust Technique, you can counter the violator’s attempt, and quickly move to a position of advantage.
