California: A 42-year-old man allegedly threatened a police officer with a knife Monday and was flushed out of his downtown Yuba City home by a SWAT team, an official said.

Colorado: A single Taser blast lasting six seconds contributed to the death of 22-year-old Ryan Wilson, the Boulder County Coroner's office has concluded.
