The Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Department says its SWAT team probably would have handled the situation in Oshkosh differently. "If I would have a scenario that was like that in this county, and I knew somebody was shooting people indiscriminately in a house or school, that's exactly the time we're going to go in," Chief Deputy Mick Fink said.
