Arizona: Taser International Inc. said Friday a court dismissed a lawsuit involving two deputy sheriffs and held that the use of a Taser stun gun was reasonably needed to subdue a person who had assaulted the officers and resisted their efforts to arrest him. Taser said the court found that the proper use of a Taser device doesn't carry any serious risk of lasting injury to a person subjected to it.
