California: Taser shot cleared in death of driver. A bad heart, meth use and poor choices killed Richard Earl Abston -- not a Taser. 

Tennessee: SWAT team members responded to two incidents, moments apart, Saturday afternoon in Chattanooga.

Vermont: Teen held on bail of $150,000 Police use Taser to subdue suspect. A teenager was jailed Friday after what police describe as a drug-induced frenzy Thursday in which he allegedly attempted to cut a man's throat, causing injury to two people.

Ohio: Black leaders expressed doubts Saturday about a special prosecutor’s ability to look at a recent police shooting case with an objective eye and criticized a column written by Mayor David Berger two weeks ago.

Arizona: Restaurant manager fired in flap with lawmen. Derided deputies on arrest of migrants

North Carolina: A man accused of trying to rob a south Charlotte dollar store was injured Sunday night after a struggle with police that resulted in gunfire.

North Carolina: A 32-year-old man was arrested after an N.C. Highway Patrol trooper found equipment in his car similar to those used by law enforcement officers.
