Samantha Dorm is a Senior Grant Consultant, Grant Writer and Reviewer. Sam is currently employed as Development Administrator for a county on the East Coast. In this position she develops and implements policies and procedures relating to all types of public and private grants within the city and in conjunction with county-wide initiatives. She is responsible for the oversight of grant programs for various departments. This includes project identification, application submission and management of grant reporting efforts. Samantha has also been a law enforcement grant writing instructor for the Northeast Counterdrug Training Center contracted by Alutiiq, LLC. Sam has over 10 years of experience in program development and grant writing for police and criminal justice agencies.
