Michael is a fitness professional certified from the UK (NVQ fitness trainer) and in BC Canada (BCRPA; personal trainer, group fitness leader and weight trainer) and has over 17 years of experience in fitness training. He is also a martial arts instructor in Filipino martial arts. He represents Guro Roger Agbulos (Astig Lameco Escrima, LA, Cal.). and Guro Carlito Bonjoc (Mata Sa Bagyo).
