Calif. deputy's trial begins for accidental shooting death

Gripping testimony from a child Tuesday in the trial for a South Valley deputy accused in the accidental shooting death of a young girl.

Seven-year-old Gabriella Garcia was killed in October, 2004 in Deputy Paul Turner's home. Detectives say a child took Turner's service gun and shot Gabriella.
Prosecutors say seven-year-old Gabriella Garcia was shot and killed when she, her younger brother, and deputy Paul Turner's two children were playing in his Porterville bedroom in 2004.

On Tuesday, five-year-old Jaydon Garcia told the jury that it was Turner's four-year-old son, Devon, who fired the gun. ...
