PHOENIX — Authorities say a man was shot to death while operating a state police photo radar surveillance unit along a Phoenix highway.
Police say the 51-year-old man died at a hospital after the shooting Sunday evening.
He worked for RedFlex Traffic Systems Inc., which has a contract with the Arizona Department of Public Safety to operate photo radar enforcement vehicles on state highways.

Police are looking for a suspect vehicle, which was captured by the video equipment in the RedFlex SUV.
