He emphasizes the importance of protecting and preserving a crime scene until the experts arrive. The first responders are just as equally as responsible for the evidence as the investigators that arrive to the scene.
Investigators are being credited for their quick arrest of the man who tried to detonate a bomb in NYC. "Jack Bauer might have caught him in '24'," said Police Commissioner Kelly. "But in the real world, 53's not bad." Good old-fashioned police work
