N.H. police find $30,000 worth of cocaine in diaper bag

MANCHESTER- More than $30,000 worth of cocaine was found in a diaper bag inside a couple's SUV carrying four young children.

Francisco A. Alicea, 58, and his wife Sandra Alicea, 32, were arraigned yesterday in Manchester District Court on felony charges of possessing more than 5 ounces of cocaine with the intent to distribute it. Mrs. Alicea was also charged with possessing cocaine after she informed the trooper she had more cocaine stuffed in her bra.
