Ga. police seize $1 million in marijuana

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — Forsyth County authorities announced Thursday that they have uncovered an elaborate marijuana growing operation in the basement of a north Forsyth County home.

Two suspects were arrested, and marijuana with a street value in excess of $1 million was seized, Forsyth County Sheriff Ted Paxton said.
