FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Federal agents arrested two deportees trying to get back into the country and a third man suspected of trafficking about 300 pounds of marijuana after the trio's boat broke down, authorities said Wednesday.

Marvin Rohan Mogg, 32, a Jamaican, and Leonardo Davenci Kelley, 27, a Bahamian, were both convicted of aggravated felonies and removed from the United States years ago, according to a federal complaint filed Tuesday. They and James Edward White, 18, of Miami, were aboard a 21-foot vessel that the Coast Guard went to help about 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
