A subject was arrested for Possession of Dangerous Drugs (methamphetamine) and was searched. A close inspection of his belt buckle reveavled it was actually made into two pieces. The main piece which was the back, was magnetic. The removable piece was a four bladed edged weapon that could be removed by twisting it. The removable bladed part could then be used as a cutting weapon or possibly as a throwing star such as type used in martial arts.
