Calif. cops shoot, kill man waving Samurai sword

Man charged at a deputy as if he were going to strike him with the medieval weapon, according to sheriff's officials

APPLE VALLEY, Calif. — San Bernardino County Sheriff's Deputies assigned to the Apple Valley station were involved in another shooting Monday, killing a man.

Deputies were called at 10:49 p.m. to the 15000 block of Sago Rd. for a domestic disturbance.

A deputy entered the home and found Frank Hudnall in the living room according to a sheriff's news release.
