Video: Clumsy bank robber shoots himself in the foot - literally

PARANA, Brazil A thief has been arrested in Brazil after he shot himself in the foot while guarding the door of a bank.

The robbery — which was caught on security camera — took place in a small town in the state of Parana.

The clumsy robber was seen holding two guns in the bank's entrance while his two partners took a money bag inside.

Everything appeared to going well for the gang of thieves until the guard lowered his right arm and shot his own foot.

The man was seen limping out of the bank, and was later arrested when he sought treatment in a nearby hospital.

Police are still searching for the rest of the gang.
