Resources to help your human trafficking investigations

Many law enforcement investigators have received much-needed training on the prevalence of human trafficking, but very few have actually participated in a human trafficking case. But there are resources out there to assist you, starting with:

•    National Human Trafficking Hotline: 888-3737-888
•    ICE Tip Line: 866-DHS-2-ICE
•    Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit: 202-514-3204
•    FBI Human Trafficking
•    U.S. Department of Justice Archive

Remember that although the universe of people with expertise in human trafficking is still relatively small, and there may be another investigator nearby who has an interest in trafficking of which you are unaware. Ask around, and find out.
