 Dear P1 Member,

In this month's eNews, we feature an excellent training piece from Ron Avery about force-on-force drills that can help improve your gunfighting skills. This month's firearms review is from Andrew Butts, who recently tested out the Smith & Wesson M&P CORE, which features a series of adapter plates that allow the user to install optics from a number of different companies by simply switching plates.

We're also bringing you a number of items we discovered at SHOT Show 2014 earlier this month. Andrew Butts writes about the Archer AK-47 clone in 5.56 NATO, Lindsey Bertomen provides a roundup of three new pocket guns, and I share my impressions of the SIG556xi rifle and P320 pistol from Sig Sauer.
