The Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program is currently accepting applications due July 9th!
The Local JAG Program provides units of local governments with critical funding necessary to support a range of programs including law enforcement, prosecution and court programs, prevention and education programs, corrections and community corrections, drug treatment and enforcement, crime victim and witness initiatives, and planning, evaluation, and technology improvement programs.
Eligibility: To apply, your department must be listed on eligible units of local government. If your local government is not on this list, then you are not eligible to apply to this application.
This grant funds: Training, E-citation equipment, LPRs, Video equipment, Ruggedized notebooks and related equipment, Body worm cameras, Check point equipment, Forensic equipment, Motorcycles, Vehicles, Vehicle Equipment and much more!
