Colo. sniper ends campus standoff |

BOULDER, Colo. — After a four-hour standoff, a Boulder SWAT officer shot a man who threatened to blow up a local hospital.

Police first attempted to subdue the suspect by using a K-9 and a flash grenade, but were forced to use lethal force when he made a threatening move.
