Editor's Note:

The fourth installment of the notorious Grand Theft Auto video game series hit shelves this week. As with other versions, it involves carjacking, fleeing from (and killing) police, drunk driving and random homicide. Not surprisingly, it elicits strong responses. Some feel it’s "just a game" and nothing more. Others say it glorifies violence and crime--particularly against police--to a dangerous level.
