The girl was kicking, crying, and thrashing about wildly as the officer tried to handcuff her.

Officer Dustin Bradshaw from the Ozark (Ark.) Police Department used a TASER on a 10-year-old girl after she kicked him in the groin. Police Chief Jim Noggle says that Bradshaw was justified in using force, and that "age can't be a factor" in TASER use.

The girl's mother gave Bradshaw permission to use the TASER if necessary, but the girl's father and Ozark's mayor disagree ... Full story
