Dear PoliceOne Member,

In six short months, we’ll solemnly mark the 10-year anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Today we present the first three in a series of articles that address a variety of issues related to the role of American policing in counterterrorism.

Columnists like Ron Avery, Dick Fairburn, Glenn French, Terry Dwyer, Pat Novesky, Travis Yates, and others will apply their unique areas of expertise in this comprehensive effort. If you’d like to contribute a story about your personal experience on — or after — that fateful day, send us an email.
