Dear PoliceOne Member,

I'm delighted to report that PoliceOne has secured three nominations for the 2012 Western Publishing Association's prestigious Maggie Awards. Thanks to the great work of Hayley Hudson on our Facebook page, we've a received a nomination for Best Use of Social Media. Further, I'm humbled to receive my second consecutive nomination for Best Regularly Featured Web or Digital Edition Column. Finally, my December 2011 column entitled They're gonna kill you: One warrior's will to win is a nominee in the category of Best Web or Digital Edition Article.

There is a wide range of top-tier nominees in all Maggie categories this year — to be recognized among them is a sterling endorsement of the work we do every day to help LEOs be safer and more successful on the streets.
