Calif. transit police sends BART shooting case to district attorney

OAKLAND, Calif. — BART police wrapped up their preliminary investigation Monday of the officer-involved shooting New Year's Day of an unarmed man in Oakland and have forwarded the case to the Alameda County district attorney's office, officials said.
