Kin sue for $150,000 in fatal police struggle, Ariz.

CHAMPAIGN, Ariz. -- The family of a man who died after struggling with police officers has sued two officers and the city for more than $150,000.

The suit was filed on behalf of David Brown, a brother of Gregory Brown, who died last October after struggling with officers outside an apartment complex.

The suit accuses the officers of using excessive force.

Records state that Brown struggled violently with police officers as they tried to handcuff him.

They also said Brown threatened to kill one officer and punched and choked another.
