CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Authorities have arrested a 32-year-old man after a state trooper found equipment in his car similar to those used by law enforcement officers.
Milan Krivsky is charged with operating a vehicle resembling a law enforcement vehicle and possession of a blue light.
Krivsky, who is from the Czech Republic, is in Gaston County jail Sunday under a $1,000 bond.

The state Highway Patrol says a trooper stopped Krivsky's Jeep for traveling 81 mph in a 60 mph zone on Interstate 85. The trooper said he looked inside the vehicle and saw a video camera and surveillance equipment. When the trooper searched the vehicle, he found a blue light, a hand-held radar, a siren, a TV screen and a Department of Homeland Security window decal.
