Feds irked by Calif. marijuana ballot initiative

Proposition 19 will not be voted on for six weeks, but some are urging the federal government to take action against it

WASHINGTON — California voters will have the chance Nov. 2nd to decide whether to legalize the use of marijuana by adults. The measure, known as "Proposition 19," will not even be voted on for another six weeks; but already there are those urging the federal government to take action against it.
