Man charged with wounding estranged wife, killing relative

(LOS ANGELES) – A California man has been charged with killing his estranged wife’s sister-in-law in the parking lot of a Windsor Hills restaurant.

Alvin Turner allegedly wounded his wife, Malinda Bray, and a security guard at La Louisianne.

Monique Bray was gunned down early Tuesday as she sat in her car. Malinda Bray, who was also in the car, ran into the restaurant, where Turner fired at her, police said
