(DEDHAM, Mass.) - A judge has refused to move the trial of a Boston-area allergist charged with the murder of his wife.

Dirk Greineder of Wellesley is scheduled to go on trial next month in Norfolk County. Judge Paul Chernoff ruled Wednesday that defense lawyers did not show that publicity in the area has been so overwhelming that an impartial jury will be impossible to seat....
