Member Submission

A woman wanted for grand theft in an Internet fraud case was arrested in Palm Bay last night. Nineteen-year-old Samantha Marshall faced a judge today. She's charged with four counts of grand theft.

Palm Bay Police say she sold a guitar that didn't exist on Internet auction site eBay. Four victims from different states paid her $1,700 each and complained to authorities when they never received the guitar. Marshall is being held on four thousand dollars bond.
