SC police find $1M in cocaine during traffic stop

The officers arrested the driver for speeding and driving without a license before they uncovered 22 lbs of drugs

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. — Police in Horry County, South Carolina have arrested a man after they found 22 pounds of cocaine hidden inside his vehicle.

MyrtleBeachOnline.com reports that Alejandro Valderrabano Contreras, 31, from Galivants Ferry, was stopped and pulled over for speeding. When authorities discovered he did not have a driver's license, he was arrested.
