By Amy C. Rippel, Sun-Sentinel.com

In the moments leading up to a fatal shooting of a knife-wielding man by Orange County deputies early Saturday, the 49-year-old man said he was going to die, a Sheriff's Office report said.

Alberto T. Rodriguez-Sobrino and his wife, Vanessa Castillo-Del Rodriguez, 32, argued about 1 a.m. Saturday at their apartment in the Brittany at Waterford Lakes complex. He was grabbing his wife's arms and wrists and tried to force his wife to kiss him, Castillo-Del Rodriguez's daughter, Mishelle Castillo, 12, told deputies.

Reports said Castillo-Del Rodriguez, who is three months' pregnant, called 911. That's when Mishelle heard Rodriguez-Sobrino say, " . . .I know somebody is going to die today, and I know that is going to be me."
