Houston deputy, suspects shot after alleged robbery

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas -- A Harris County deputy constable and two alleged jewelry store robbers were shot during a police chase Saturday morning.

The suspects allegedly robbed a Zales Jewelry Outlet store on Tomball Parkway just before noon on Saturday.

Police say Chaderick Moore, 31, entered the store armed with a handgun with a laser sight and forced the employees to empty the display cases and safe into a duffle bag.
