Cop criticized for not giving fellow officer's daughter sobriety test

The cop said the girl did not appear to be intoxicated and opted not to conduct a field sobriety test

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A Delaware police sergeant who gave a fellow officer's daughter a break after an early morning crash in June now faces disciplinary action.

Sgt. Mark Leatherman responded along with a colleague to a June 16 crash involving 24-year-old Ashley Glazer, the daughter of Officer Rod Glazer.
