Wash. officer fatally shoots man during domestic violence call

TACOMA -- A man was shot and killed in a Tacoma home this afternoon by a police officer responding to a domestic violence call at the house.

Tacoma police spokesman Mark Fulghum said two officers had been called to a home on Sixth Avenue between Orchard and Huson streets around 1:30 p.m. by a complaint of domestic violence.
