Video: Utah police end pursuit firing, hitting suspect

Spikes had flattened 3 of the female suspect's tires, and she continued to flee police

FARMINGTON, Utah — Davis County Attorney Troy Rawlings released dramatic dash-cam video Friday showing a Morgan County Sheriff’s deputy shooting a woman following a Nov. 24 vehicle pursuit that ended in South Weber.

Kristine Nicole Biggs, 41, of Rock Springs, Wyo., was shot in the eye by a Morgan County Sheriff’s deputy following a chase that covered 32 miles.

Morgan County deputies initially signaled to Biggs to pull over on Interstate 84 because she had a broken headlight.
