Ore. SP releases name of man killed in I-5 shootout

ALBANY, Ore.- Oregon State Police have released the name of a man who was shot and killed by an officer on Interstate 5 in the Albany area on Friday.

Authorities have identified the man as 26-year-old John Tolliver, whose last known address was a boarding house in the state of Maryland.

Police say information indicates that Tolliver has also lived in New Jersey.
