Ga. suspect apprehended in officer's killing

The man was taken in for questioning without incident

ATLANTA — A 44-year-old Fairburn man has been taken into the Chattahoochee Hills Police Department for questioning in the fatal shooting of a Chattahoochee Hills police officer on Monday.

According to Fox 5 Atlanta, he is Robert Cook and he was picked up near Roosevelt Highway in south Fulton County in connection with the shooting death of police Lt. Mike Vogt, 56.
