St. Louis: City police officers shot a man twice with Tasers, then scuffled with him, a friend who witnessed the incident said Monday.

Alabama: A Huntsville police officer wounded two passengers in a pickup truck early Tuesday, police said, when the driver allegedly tried to run him over in an elementary school parking lot.
