Colorado: Family of slain gang member angry about police shooting. 

California: Suspect arrested, tear gas used.

Florida: A drug suspect was stopped in his tracks by a Taser today after he dropped a vial of rock cocaine in front of a deputy and tried to run away, the Manatee County Sheriff's Office reports.

Washington: Officers with the State Patrol will soon join other law enforcement agencies on the North Olympic Peninsula and begin carrying electric stun guns, known by their manufacturer's name – Taser.

Illinois: Off-duty police officer stops Urbana bank robbery.

Wisconsin: Officer rescues 12-year-old from river.

Colorado: Police say an officer shot a man accused of trying to steal a motorcycle early Monday morning.

Canada: Police open fire in two separate incidents.
