Connecticut: A report on a controversial police shooting in Hartford has concluded there is enough evidence to warrant filing criminal charges against an undercover officer who shot and killed a teenager he suspected of carrying a gun.

Las Vegas: Authorities said Monday that an inquest had been ordered into the killing of a 17-year-old homicide suspect who was shot in the back by two police detectives after he ran from a police car in handcuffs.

Arizona: A nearly seven-hour standoff ended Monday with SWAT units cutting a hole in the bottom of a trailer and using K-9s to get two people out, authorities said. (Cool!)
