Pennsylvania: A man with open sores rubbed his forearm against the wrist of a police officer who had arrested him, then told the officer he had been infected with AIDS, police said.

Virginia: Officer charged in fatal accident. Officer was going more than 30 miles an hour over the speed limit when he hit the couple's pickup truck. They say he also wasn't using his lights or sirens.
